Review Detail
2005 Lindemans St George Cabernet Sauvignon
Wine Rating
91
The 2005 release is a concentrated example of Coonawarra Cabernet with dense blackberry fruit on the nose that is about as true to variety as one can get.
The wine has a great mouth feel with depth of blackberry and plum that is complemented by spiced vanillin oak that accentuates the wines length to finish.
This wine is right in its drinking window, and will be so for a few years to come.
