It is hard not to marvel at Margaret River Cabernet, especially those that come from the top producers in the region, the purity of fruit and textural experience is superb.

A dense red in the glass, the nose is rich with aromatic blackcurrant and mulberry supported by sweeter oak influences.

The palate is beautifully proportioned with layers of dark fruits wedged between textural differences that are driven by grainy tannins, wood spice and an underlying backbone of gentle acidity.

The wine has generous blackberry to finish and will greatly reward a decade or more in the cellar.
