Impenetrable dark red in the glass, the nose shows minty Cabernet fruit, with the palate opening with plum and aniseed that continued through the mid palate with nice weight of fruit. The back palate has fine drying tannins, and the finish good length. This wine has the tannin structure to reward medium to long term cellaring.
