Review Detail
2016 Pertaringa Regional Series Cabernet Sauvignon
Wine Rating
89
A glossy dark red in the glass with a nose of blackcurrant , black cherry and bitter dark chocolate.
A taut drying core of tannin with compact dark fruits that will unfurl in time. Oak gives some lifted spice and elegance. There is layers of blackberry and earth that dominate the finish. Drinking well now, but has potential to cellar.
