An aged release from Allegiance that shows the region and variety on the nose with a mix of blackberry, mint and cedar. The palate has initial generosity of mulberry and blackberry fruit before a saline and hard line of acidity cuts a swathe through the mid palate. Cedar and old leather give a fuller characters alongside choc mint to finish with a continuation of the acidity seen on the mid palate.
