A sweetness of dark and red berry fruits, strawberry in particular. Quite pretty really which makes sense given the wines age.
The cherry and strawberry thread continues on the palate with a touch more savoury and bracken like impact on the mid palate. Tannins coat the mouth but don’t impact the pretty and floral nature of the fruit. Most enjoyable over the shorter term.
