2018 Driftwood Single Site Cabernet Sauvignon

The wine is aa selection of the best 12 barrels and on the nose cassis meets black cherry and plum with cedar spice and graphite. The palate is medium bodied with a core of drying black fruits that have a fine but textural baseline of tannin. The fruit has wonderful concentration that is interjected with spice and earth; bitter dark chocolate completes the picture. Will live a long time.
