Review Detail
2009 Woodstock Cabernet Sauvignon
Wine Rating
91
A deep red in colour, the nose is steeped in blackberry fruit with clove and peppercorn aromas also in the mix.
The palate starts savoury with blackberry and fine firm tannins, it then shifts to a riper plum character that is framed by subtle oak influences. The finish is long and characterized by dense dark fruits and white pepper.
