Review Detail

Cabernet Sauvignon July 27, 2011
2007 Seppelt Moyston Cabernet Sauvignon
Wine Rating

91
The wine is a deep red in colour, with dull blackberry and blackcurrant on the nose that is lifted by richer oak influences.

The palate is vibrant and juicy with focused and concentrated blackberry and cherry fruit that slowly integrates dark chocolate and cassis flavours on the mid to back palate, the tannins are fine and add structure.

The wine has excellent length and the finish lingers with delicious dark berry fruits and a touch of spice.
