Layers of fig, melon and spicy vanillin oak envelope the nose and set the expectation the wine will be something special.
The palate certainly doesn't disappoint showing great precision and depth of stone fruits contrasted by well defined mineral acidity; as the wine moves across the mid to back palate there is spicy oak, fig and supreme length of nougat and almond characters that all combine to create a wonderfully concentrated and complex finish.
