Light to medium yellow in colour, the nose has savoury fig and grapefruit that combines wonderfully with subtle burnt butter.
The palate walks a tightrope between firm astringent fig ,richer nectarine and a slight buttery complexity, and it does so wonderfully.
This is a wine that at 6 years of age is still in its early years with the structure and concentration evident to see it go past it's 10th birthday.
The finish is long and dominated by nectarine fruit.
