Staw yellow in colour, a wine that shows the effects of malo and lees stirring, the nose has fig, nectarine and gun flint, the palate has waves of rich stone fruits, melding with butter and almond meal towards the finish. The acidity is present, but could be a little more prominent to ensure good cellaring potential. An good wine for those who like the bigger style chardonnay, not so much so for those who don't.
