Straw yellow in colour, the nose has great complexity of nectarine, funky lees characters and grapefruit.
The palate balances creamy mouth filling melon with a mineral core of acidity; spiced nectarine and and a touch of lemon curd round out the mid to back palate.
The finish is excellent and lingers with spicy stone fruits, with the 209 drinking in it's peak now and over the next year or two.
