This wine was produced from Estate fruit and was separated at birth with portions of the wine made at both Yering Station and Oakridge, two of the safest custodians you could hope for when it comes to Chardonnay. The wine was aged in French oak for 10 months before being assembled and bottled at Yering Station.

A youthful yellow in the glass, an expressive and flinty nose that gives nectarine and peach skins with background wood spice

This wine is categorised by great drive and structure with lemon pith and grapefruit giving a sherbet like acidity that provides exciting contrast to tightly bound stone fruits and spicy oak influences. Finish is long and lingers with mineral stone fruits and subtle wood spice. This wine will cellar well and is very good value at $25.
