2014 Cullen Kevin John Chardonnay

The 14 is another stellar release of the Kevin John, continuing it's rise to be at the pinnacle of Margaret River Chardonnay. It's a wine that has incredible concentration but maintains a balance that showcases how good, and how far Chardonnay has come in this country in recent years.

A light yellow in the glass the nose gives intense worked flint, creamy peach and citrus characters. The oak treatment on this wine is something special, there is a tingly spine of oak spice and citrus drive allowing fuller stone fruits and textural lees inputs to have significant impact.

The finish has pristine nectarine fruit with wood spice and mouth filling texture.
