2015 Nannup Estate Phillip Stanley Chardonnay

The Phillip Stanley range represents the best wines produced by Nannup Estate, with the 2015 Chardonnay showcasing both site and winemaker in equal measure.

A worked nose of nougat and fig that has top notes of white peach; the palate is rich and creamy but has well proportioned acidity and an understated elegance given its generous disposition. The concentration of white peach is impressive, with the interplay between powdery acidity, vanillin tones and the thread of almond-meal creating a compelling proposition.
