2015 Patina Chardonnay

The wine has been held back for a couple of years which has given it time to build texture and weight in bottle.

The use of new oak gives a sheath of vanillin richness and wood smoke that enjoys creamy stone fruits and fig on the nose.

The nutty oak influences weave themselves throughout the wine and work amongst lemon curd and white peach, well proportioned acidity gives the wine great lines with a drying and textural finish that accentuates the wines length.
