2015 Ten Minutes by Tractor 10x Chardonnay

Another release from Ten Minutes by Tractor that over delivers, the wine is a light yellow with a fleck of green in the glass and dominated by fig with understated white peach and worked lees notes on the nose.

A delicious chardonnay that highlights quality fruit without the adornment of oak; chardonnay in it’s purist form.

The palate benefits from drying grapefruit with just enough stone fruits and lees notes to give breadth and contrast. The finish has a mineral acidity with touches of almond meal and unripe nectarine.

Will age well.
