2017 Liv Zak Chardonnay

This is a well put together wine that is giving enough in it’s youth to provide great interest, but also shows great promise for years to come.

A youthful light yellow in the glass, the nose is framed by white peach and grapefruit against notes of citrus zest and blanched almonds. There is a lovely line of acidity that gives balance to subtle almond-meal and cashew notes. The finish is precise with a weave of citrus and some creamier notes that are sure to come into their own with time.
