There is some very attentive winemaking that has gone into this wine, it is elegant and retrained but retains interest and character and will undoubtedly grow with time in bottle .
A mineral, citrus and white peach nose that has lifted almond meal and faint flint notes. This is a wine to sit and contemplate, it is almost Burgundian in the tightness of fruit and tautness of structure; white peach with fig enjoys richness of raw cashew and some worked lees induced notes, there is drive of acidity contrasted by spice from oak on the finish which is significant in length.
