A light yellow in the glass, the nose is dominated by tropical fruits with baked pineapple and ripe apricot that is pulled into line by citrus fruits. The palate follows a similar line to the nose and define by it’s tropical and fruit forward texture that speaks of the warmer climes of the Barossa Valley. Texturally acidity is well handled and there is some oak and lees derived richness, however the fruit is just a little too much.
