A faint candied note to white peach with some vanillin input on the nose. A full bodied chardonnay comes from time on lees and malolactic fermentation. The winemaking approach dials up the fruit characters with melon and stone fruits supported by a background influence of fig and almond. The finish has enough textural grip and acid to frame good length.
