The 2019 release was crafted from the Yarra Valley in 2019. The nose has lifted aromatics of white peach and understated clotted cream. The creaminess continues on the palate but is kept in line by well handled acidity and more of a citrus than stone fruit impact initially. There is some white grapefruit and almond meal sitting alongside peach to finish. The wine is sure to fill out with some additional time in bottle.
