A nose of underripe fig, melon and taut stone fruits against a backdrop of struck match and wood spice.
The palate is lean, but textural with a continuation of the just ripe stone fruits that are tantalising in their mineral drive with oak giving a sheath of richness and contrast. There is grapefruit and citrus that combines with stone fruits and a weave of spice to finish.
