A vibrant nose of crushed rock with underripe nectarine and lemon pith; oak gives a savoury yet spiced influence.
The stone fruits on the palate have a faint sour and savoury edge with textural grapefruit that gives great mouthfeel. On the mid palate just ripe fig and some almond meal tones give richness and depth before the finish bristles with citrus laced acidity.
