A light to golden yellow In colour, the nose shows the impact of new oak and time on lees with flint and spice accompanying white peach and fig. The palate gives ripe stone fruits that also take on dry honey and blanched almonds before the mid palate has a grippy, zesty citrus and savoury pull. The finish is drying and focuses on tightly bound stone fruits and oak derived spice.
