A light yellow in colour with fig, white peach and a lovely array of spices from the influence of new oak. The highlight of the wine is its texture, oak and acid doesn't dominate with a savoury fullness to the mid palate that is backed by stone fruits and the faintest embellishment of spice. The finish is long and layered with creamy stone fruits set against more drying savoury artefact.
