Review Detail
2010 Bass River Chardonnay
Wine Rating
91
A light , slightly developed yellow in colour, the nose has a ripe, sweet peach character that melds with barrel ferment aromas.
The palate has a similar richness to the nose , with a mineral acidity and grapefruit like astringency managing to cut through the mouth filling fruit, providing focus and length on the finish.
