2010 Seville Estate ‘The Barber’ Chardonnay
Wine Rating

91
Light yellow in colour, the wine has a savoury nose of grapefruit and nectarine, no doubt due to the time this wine spent in older oak.

The palate shows the texture and structure that is suggested by the nose with a grippy combination of melon, grapefruit and spicy stewed peach. There is a nice contrast between savoury and ripe fruited elements on the finish, with balanced acid keeping everything in check, and vibrant.

All in all, a fantastic value Chardonnay.
