2010 Seville Estate Chardonnay
(Updated: August 08, 2012)
Wine Rating

95
This is a wine that exudes class and complexity from the outset, the nose is a heady combination of gun flint, dense peach, nectarine, and understated butterscotch.

The palate is as complex as it is concentrated with a balance struck between fine, linear citrus characters and more rounded nectarine fruit, all held together by a line of acidity that runs from start to finish on the palate, giving the wine poise and focus.

On the finish, the ever so subtle influence of oak and lees inputs provide spice and texture that round out the wine.
