The 05 release is now fully mature, with a golden yellow colour. The nose is showing white nectarine, peach and creamy oak.
On the palate the wine is soft and full, and characterised by melon and stone fruits. There are subtle vanillin oak characters that round out the back palate, but the acid kick to frame the wine is missing on the finish.
