Review Detail
2011 Oakridge Local Vineyard Series Lusatia Park Vineyard Chardonnay
Wine Rating
94
Light yellow in colour, the nose shows class from the start with gunflint and nectarine backed by white peach.
The wine has a wonderful texture on the palate, there is a linear mineral acidity that works seamlessly with peach and an ever so slight grapefruit astringency.
The finish is long, with nectarine and citrus characters lingering, this wine will continue to develop over the next 5 - 7 years.
