Review Detail
2011 Marcus Hill Vineyard Chardonnay
Wine Rating
91
A light yellow in the glass, the nose is rich and youthful with nougat, stone fruits and melon undertones.
The palate is precise and focused with a mineral acidity around which more plush peach and nectarine characters fill the space.
The finish has citrus inspired acidity which counteracts the creamy oak inputs.
An excellent example of the 2011 vintage.
