Review Detail
2012 Provenance Golden Plains Chardonnay
Wine Rating
90
A lightly golden yellow in colour, a nose of melon and subtle vanillin oak with citrus in the background
The palate shows up front citrus that softens and gains more cashew and almond meal characters, citrus returns on the finish with white peach and subtle oak giving a soft rounded finish.
Will reward sort term cellaring.
