Wine Rating

94
Golden yellow with a toffee, caramelised white peach character that is almost ethereal; showing no signs of oxidation or overripe fruit.

The palate is generous, mature and shows a similar developed caramelised stone fruits to the nose with underlying spice and nougat.

The finish has great length, with acid still present to give focus and freshness. This style will not be for everyone, however to my palate this is a wonderfully enjoyable and complex drink.
