With the 2012 Leura Park Chardonnay I continue my obsession with Bellarine Chardonnay,the wine starts with sour edged nectarine and reductive characters that are accentuated by subtle wood spices.
The palate is lean showing just enough fruit structure and commanding length that will underwrite this wines ability to reward medium to long term cellaring.
A well made release that highlights quality winemaking that will show its true value over time.
