Review Detail

This wine is a limited release from Holm Oak with only a small amount made each year and the wine matured in new French oak. The maturation in new French oak has resulted in a wine with considerable spicy oak undertones that will need time to integrate with the concentrated stone fruits on the palate.

It will be interesting to see where this wine goes over time and whether or not the fruit and oak will come into balance.
