Review Detail
2012 Bouchard Pere & Fils Pouilly-Fuisse
Wine Rating
90
A light yellow in colour, the nose is youthful with lemon pith and nectarine skins
There is a savoury minerality with a raw almond like character that frames the palate, the citrus fruits are tightly bound with a chalky mouthfeel and a long briny finish accentuated with unripe nashi pear.
This wine will certainly reward cellaring and is good value for money.
