Aged Giaconda Chardonnay is a wonderful thing, tasted blind it was immediately evident the wine in the glass was from the iconic Australian producer with characteristic wood smoke, hazelnut and piercing stone fruits.

The palate is matured and integrated with wood spice and almond meal giving texture and character to fuller nectarine and peach. There is balanced acidity that defines the wines prodigious length.

Drinking well now, the wine will hold for a couple more years.
