Wine Rating

A wine that is a blend of two parcels of fruit treated differently in the winery, the first was fermented in seasoned french oak barrels, the second of which saw no oak having lived it’s life in tank. The resultant wine has freshness and focus, whilst still having a little bit of funk and brioche complexity from time on lees in barrel.

The wine is a light yellow in colour, with the nose giving youthful citrus notes with some mealy, leesy notes that will continue to develop with time in the bottle.

Light on it’s feet the 12.1 % alcohol and fresh citrus is a lively springboard from which more textural barrel ferment characters have subtle influence with stone fruits rounding out the finish.

An incredibly good value wine at this price.
