This wine is produced from Tokar Estate's 2-acre Chardonnay block, the wine saw wild yeast ferment and time in new 500 Ltr Puncheons, the resulting wine walks a tightrope between winemaker derived complexity and the classy influence of balanced cool climate fruit.

A a light yellow in colour, the nose is flinty and mineral with background wood spice and stone fruits. The palate has great texture, showing almond meal richness against textural grapefruit and fuller nectarine flavours. There is great length with plenty of grip to finish.
