Review Detail
2014 Passing Clouds Chardonnay
(Updated: February 08, 2016)
Wine Rating
89
A lightly golden colour in the glass, a citrus driven nose at this point with underripe stone fruits and suggestion of fig and straw.
The palate has good texture with worked mealy characters giving depth, there is a core of nectarine and almond meal to finish. Good value for the price point, with the wine to benefit from a few years in the bottle.
