Review Detail
2015 Lou Miranda Barrique Fermented Chardonnay
Wine Rating
88
A light yellow in the glass with a lively and aromatic nose that shows pronounced tropical fruits and background notes of nectarine and fig.
The wine is medium to full bodied and carries through the tropical notes on the palate with understated passionfruit working alongside savoury oak influences. There are some mealy notes to stone fruits on the back palate with bracing acidity and a return of the tropical notes to finish.
