Review Detail
2014 See Saw Chardonnay
Wine Rating
91
A light golden yellow in the glass, an attractive and understated nose of fig and nectarine with just enough flint / lees notes to give it presence and provide a window into the secondary notes that will continue to develop in years to come.
A well structured wine with tightly bound stone fruits kept in suspension by mouth watering acidity with touches of oak giving spice and lees inputs just enough texture and richness. Finishes with citrus flare, drinking well now but will reward further cellaring.
