Living in the Macedon Ranges I do have a fondness for the wines produced from the region, its not hard with wines like this being produced.
A light yellow in the glass with a nose that balances lemon zest, nectarine and flinty almondmeal notes.
The palate has great proportions and is a flowing, textural and exhilarating drink. There is a a powdery citrus acidity that gives focus with just enough stone fruit, oak and lees derived richness to give great interest as well as provide the foundation for considerable development in the future.
