This is a wine that has all the elements to be very good in the future but needs time in the bottle at this point in its development.
A lightly golden yellow with primary notes of honeyed nectarine and touches of citrus and white flowers.
The wine builds across the palate with almond meal richness to taut nectarine vying against an undeniable lemony acidity that dominates the palate and shrouds the wines more subtle complexities that will no doubt come through in true Bindi style over the next few years.
