Review Detail
2015 Tomich Best of Both Worlds Chardonnay
Wine Rating
88
This is an unwooded chardonnay that provides plenty of interest at the price point.
The nose gives candied green apple, pear and fig alongside creamier, but restrained lees notes. The palate has flint and nougat that give up front interest with depth of white peach and pear filling out the wine.
There is plenty of texture to finish along with distinctive drying notes.
