Review Detail
2012 Medhurst Reserve Chardonnay
Wine Rating
93
A light yellow with some youthful green hues with a nose of worked fig, tightly bound nectarine and wood spice.
A medium bodied wine with everything in the right place, there is a powdery base of acidity with gentle lees and spice notes finding their place amongst textural stone fruits.
The finish is a long and enjoyable melange of peach, almond meal and flint. Rounded and supple.
