2007 Sinclair of Scotsburn Wallijak Chardonnay
Wine Rating

94
Straw yellow in colour, there is gun flint and buttery malo influences on the nose. The palate has excellent complexity with clear varietal fruit of fig and nectarine, the oak integration in this wine is exceptional and adds good texture and the slightest hint of spice in the mid to back palate. There wine finishes with balanced acidity and some nice developed cashes / almond flavours.
