Review Detail

This wine is produced from two vineyard sites near Romsey in the Macedon Ranges, since then Brian Martin and wife Roslyn purchased a 5 hectare vineyard in Pipers Creek that is planted to Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling and Merlot.

The wine has benefitted from time in bottle with a creaminess to white peach and fig on the nose. The palate has generosity but is backed by a fine line of acidity with subtle almond meal complexity building both flavour and textural impact. The finish has lovely purity with citrus drive giving length to stone fruits and a touch of creamy richness.
